Mick is an experienced Infrastructure Manager, ITIL and Prince2 qualified Project Manager and IBM System I Subject Matter Expert.

Working for a major international logistics company, he has spent the last 3 years based in Lyon, France, where he managed the outsourced Managed Service contract having migrated the systems there from the UK. His last project was a Disaster Recovery test using a disk replication solution, having upgraded the SAN storage to a 3 tier HSM configuration for maximum flexibility, and using the latest IBM Flash storage system.
